Magnus Bartlett Magnus is an old China hand who arrived in the former colony in the early 1970s. As an experienced publisher, the books he published span a huge swath across Asia, Central Asia to the Middle East. Bartlett is also founder of the publication Over Hong Kong. |

James Chen James is Managing Director of Legacy Advisors, and sits of a number of non-profit boards and also serves as Chairman of his family foundation. Chen is a member of the Young Presidents Organization in Hong Kong. He has been involved with CERS for over ten years. |

Christabel Lee Christabel is Managing Director of Toppan Vite Ltd which is one of the leading financial printing companies in the Asia Pacific region. She has been CERS patron and supporting the publication of CERS newsletters for a number of years. |

Dr Michael J. Moser Michael is recognized as one of the most distinguished arbitration lawyers with a long career in Asia. Moser also holds a PhD in Anthropology from Columbia University and has joined CERS in the field in a number of occasions. He is also co-owner of Serindia Publishing, an important publishing house of select and scholarly titles on Asia. Michael has authored several books, including one on a Tibetan Nunnery. |

Wellington Yee Wellington is a former banker and private equity investor having lived and worked in United States, Middle East and Asia. He has been a CERS patron for a number of years and has participated on a number of field expeditions. |

Billy Yung Billy is Group Chairman and Chief Executive of Shell Electric Holdings Ltd as well as Vice Chairman of China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Ltd. He sits on a number of government committees in both China and Hong Kong and is a member of China People's Political Consultative Conference Guangzhou Committee. He actively supports charitable activities in China and Hong Kong and has been CERS patron for over fourteen years. |
